The images collected here document a 6,500-mile walking pilgrimage for peace that journeyed across the United States, Europe, and the Middle East ending at Bethlehem on the West Bank.
Believing that the deepest wisdom concerning the making of peace lives in the world’s great faiths and that the concept of pilgrimage as a sacred journey and universal way to reconnect with this wisdom, the pilgrims traveled on a sojourn lasting almost two years.
It is my hope that this material will highlight some of what happens along the way and inspire others to take on other such journeys.
